Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made on www.rt12.be: bags of pralines, registrations for our events and donations. Version of 8 October 2026.

Who is selling

Round Table 12 Brussels is a non-profit de facto association (association de fait), a member of Round Table Belgium. It is not subject to VAT: the prices shown are final prices, with no VAT added. Contact: contact@rt12.be.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Payment is made online when ordering, by the means offered on the site. An order is confirmed once payment is received; a confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Pralines

Bags of pralines are handed over in person by a member of the Table, the Tabler you chose when ordering, or collected in Anderlecht during the hours shown. The handover is arranged with you after the order. As a food product, pralines cannot be returned once handed over, except in case of a defect.

Events

A registration for an event (Oldtimer Rally, Euromeeting) is firm once paid. If you cancel, you are refunded in full up to 45 days before the event; after that date, no refund is made. If the Table cancels the event, everyone is refunded.

Donations

A donation is final and is not refunded. 100% of donations go to the cause supported by the Table. As a de facto association, Round Table 12 Brussels cannot issue tax certificates for donations.

Where the profit goes

80% of the profit from the sale of pralines and from the Oldtimer Rally is paid to the cause supported by the Table; the remainder covers the Table’s running costs.

For any question or complaint, write to contact@rt12.be. Belgian law applies; in case of dispute, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
