Privacy notice

Round Table 12 Brussels only processes the personal data needed to run the Table: orders, event registrations, donations and requests sent through the site. Version of 8 October 2026.

What we collect

When you order, register for an event, make a donation or fill in a form, we record what you enter: name, e-mail address, phone number, address and, for events, your answers to the registration form (meal preferences, accommodation, companion). Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.

Why

To process your order or registration, hand over your pralines, send you the practical information for an event, keep our accounts and answer your requests. We rely on the performance of the contract with you and on our legitimate interest in running the Table. We do no commercial prospecting and never sell data.

Who has access

The members of the Table’s board, the Tabler who delivers to you, and our technical providers: Odoo S.A., which hosts the site and our management tools in Europe, and our payment provider.

How long

Order and invoicing data are kept for the legal retention period of accounting documents (7 years). Answers to event forms are kept until six months after the event, and contact requests for one year.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive your data, or object to its processing: write to contact@rt12.be. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

Cookies and e-mails

The site uses technical cookies and, with your consent, YouTube cookies for videos: see our cookie policy. We only send e-mails linked to your order, registration or request. Invitations to our events are sent to Round Tables and their members, with an unsubscribe link.
