Add to calendar:

Oldtimer Rally RT12 – 15 May 2027

A touring drive in classic cars departing from Brussels, organised by Round Table 12 Brussels. 80% of the profits go to the charities supported by the Table, including  Les Docteurs ZinZins.

Programme

  • Saturday 15 May 2027, 2 pm to 10 pm
  • Crew welcome, vehicle check and road book handover
  • Staggered start, route along scenic secondary roads
  • Arrival and friendly evening

Prices

  • Rally: €150 per car (driver and co-driver)
  • Evening dinner option: €70 per person, drinks included
  • Companions and friends without a car: evening dinner, €70 per person

The starting point and route will be shared with registered crews.

Entry conditions

  • Limited to 50 cars: first come, first served.
  • One registration = one car = one crew of 2 people (driver and co-driver).
  • Vehicle at least 40 years old (first registered in 1987 or earlier).
  • The driver holds a valid driving licence.
  • The vehicle is insured, has a valid roadworthiness test and is registered.
  • This is a touring drive, not a race: the highway code applies at all times.

Good to know

  • Brussels Low Emission Zone (LEZ): vehicles over 30 years old with an oldtimer (O) plate are in principle exempt; others must buy an LEZ day pass before driving in Brussels.
  • Fill up before the start and bring a high-visibility vest, a warning triangle and a small repair kit.
  • A charged smartphone is handy to reach the organisers in case of breakdown.
  • Drivers agree not to drink alcohol before or during the drive.

Waiver of liability

By registering, the driver, on their own behalf and on behalf of their co-driver, releases the organisers of the Oldtimer Rally RT12 (Round Table 12 Brussels) and their members from all liability for any incident of any kind during the activity of 15 May 2027.

The crew waives any claim of any kind against the organisers and their members, in particular in the event of accident, injury, theft or damage to personal property occurring during the activity.

The crew is aware that it is their own responsibility to take out personal accident and third-party liability insurance, and accepts financial liability for any wilful damage they may cause during the activity.

If this waiver is not accepted at registration, the organisers reserve the right to refuse participation.

Registration

The driver registers and fills in the crew and vehicle details. A confirmation is sent by e-mail.
